INTRO~ Nousha Salimi.
I am a registered nurse with over 15 years in the aesthetic industry and prior to that I worked in mental health. It has been such a beautiful journey helping people feel good about the body and mind they live in.
THE RESET~ I packed THE RESET OIL with natural skin-loving ingredients, that replenish dehydrated, inflamed, and tired skin. Our blend of Vitamin C, Arnica, Rose, Bromelain, and Geranium Oil help soothe, brighten, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Additionally, I added Arnica and Bromelain to prevent swelling, bruising, and redness pre and post cosmetic treatment of any kind. THE RESET is fast absorbing, lightweight, and an effective multipurpose oil to incorporate in your daily skincare routine. I wanted to create an oil that replaced the need to do a crazy multi step skin routine, as a mom, time is important and I love that I can put this one product on and feel good about my skin all day or wake up glowing when I use before bed~
BANG FOR BUCK~ I would say definitely Profilo injections for the face is an amazing bang for buck product. The transformations I have seen are incredible from using this super hydrating treatment that promotes your own collagen production. Also, botox for the jaw and neck to help lift and tighten the jawline is always a great quick treatment.
DEVICE~ I am obsessed with the Higher Dose infrared red light mask! Such an amazing product. I also use my Lu Lopez Gua Sha tool, daily along with my Reset Oil, to look more lifted and tighten my skin.
GET READY WITH ME ~ Every day I use my Kora Organics Sunscreen, I absolutely love their brand. Also, of course I use my oil to help moisturize and protect + Prime Skin by Gee is my daily one and done makeup routine.
RITUALS~ Once a year I make sure to go on wellness trip. This year, I am going to SHA Wellness in Cancun, I am so excited, it will be such an amazing reset for the mind and body. I swear by my daily rituals of cold plunging and my Higher Dose infrared sauna. I also do hot yoga at Good Point Pilates three times a week, it is my favorite start to the day~
BAG SPILL~ Let’s see… I have my Orveda Face Mist, my An-Gloss lip gloss by Anfisa Skin, an amazing Monks deodorant spray, Zyrtec for those allergy attacks, Kosas concealer, MZ Skin Tint Protect, Crest white strips and my oil of course!

TIPS ~How to layer
My best tips and most common mistakes are use Retinol only at nighttime once a week, if you do it more than that you could over dry the skin and ultimately make things worse. Also, Vitamin C is best in the morning, and hyaluronic acid always as the last step in a routine to seal everything in. My motto -Keep things simple !
MOTHERHOOD & BUSINESS ~ I try really hard to keep my work hours between 9am and 2pm, so I can spend afternoons with the kids and family and focus on being a mom when they are home from school. I also have to fit in my morning workouts to have some me-time so I can show up as my best self for both my business and my kids the rest of the day. Its all about balance, but I try to do my best…

CURRENTLY DAYDREAMING~ I can’t stop daydreaming about this movie I am working on right now with my dear friend Katie Elmore. It is about a mother daughter relationship, that I feel strongly so many people will relate to. It deals with healing relationships and is called "As the Petals Fall," I truly cannot wait to produce it and see it filmed this fall ~
